Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Executive to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact between our company and clients, responsible for building trust, driving sales, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background in Media Sales or Real Estate who can leverage technology to nurture relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Management: Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients in the media/real estate sector. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

2. Sales Execution: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consultative selling, product demos, and negotiation.

3. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to tailor solutions effectively.

4. Tech-Enabled Engagement: Use CRM tools, email, video calls, and presentation software to manage leads, track pipeline, and conduct virtual/physical meetings.

5. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, maintain client records, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria

Must-Have Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Media Sales OR Real Estate Sales.

· Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

· Tech Proficiency: Strong awareness of digital tools - MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.), video conferencing, and social media for business.

· Equipment: Must own a personal Laptop or Tablet with reliable internet connectivity for client presentations and remote work.

Preferred Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English

· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

· Ability to travel within Varanasi/Ghazipur region for client meetings

· Basic understanding of digital advertising, property listings, or related domains
